Accused persons namely Rahul @ Rohit, Ramesh Chand, Ashok
Kumar, Lekh Raj, Jitender Kumar and Manoj Kumar on bail.
An application u/s 216 of the Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf
fo the accused Rohit @ Rahul.
Arguments heard.
The contentions of ld. Counsel for the accused Rohit @ Rahul
have been considered while pronouncing the order on charge dated
14.08.2024 and the same cannot be reviewed by this court, even in view of
the subsequent statement of the complainant, which otherwise, has not been
completed.
As such, I find no merits in the said application and is disposed
off as dismissed.
PW1 Jaswant recalled for further examination-in-chief,
examined. His cross-examination is deferred at the request of the ld. Counesls
for the accused persons. PW2 Sh. Raj Kumar also examined-in-chief and his

cross-examination is also deferred at the request of the ld. Cousnels for the
accused persons. They both be summoned afresh for the next date of hearing.
Put up for PE on the next date of hearing.
