Memo of appearance filed on behalf of
JDs no.6 & 7. Spare copy of execution annexed with
the notice received back unserved is expunged and the
copy is supplied to the Ld. Counsel for JDs no.6 & 7.
Notices to all other absentee JDs received
back unserved with the report ‘no such
person/shifted’.
Ld. counsel appearing for JDs no.6 & 7
has today provided the addresses of JD no.2 (Gagan
Deep Sethi) and JD no.3 (Om Prakash Sethi) as
‘E-4/18, 2nd Floor, Model Town, Part-II,
Delhi-110009’.
Now, issue fresh notice to JDs no.2 & 3
on the fresh address provided today subject to filing of
PF within 07 days from today. Amended memo of
parties be filed by the next date of hearing.
Also, issue fresh notices to JDs no.1 (M/s
Intellect Life Style Pvt. Ltd.), 4 (Sanjeev Sharma) & 5

(Ms. Mona Sethi) on the address given in the memo
of parties with a clear direction that process be served
only by way of affixation. Process server is directed to
take photographs of the affixation and place them on
record on the next date of hearing.
In between the dates, plaintiff filed an
application providing bank details of JD no.1 i.e. M/s
Intellect Life Style Pvt. Ltd. Be taken on record.
Ld. Counsel for DH submits that on the
date of filing of this execution, as per his calculation
including the interest on the decreetal amount, the
amount due was approximately Rs.3,06,434/- (Three
Lacs Six Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Four only).
Issue notice to the Bank Manager, ICICI
Bank, Kamla Nagar Branch, Delhi, where the account
of the JD no.1 M/s Intellect Life Style Pvt. Ltd. is
maintained under A/c No.03875200001 with a
direction that a lien hold of a sum of Rs.3,50,000/-
(Three Lacs Fifty Thousand only) be put on this
account and on the next date of hearing, send a
compliance report to this Court alongwith the details
of the amount available in the account as on
28.09.2026.

Copy of this order be sent alongwith
notice to the Bank Manager, ICICI Bank, Kamla
Nagar Branch, Delhi subject to filing of PF within 07
days from today.
Re-notify the matter on 31.10.2026.
