In the intervening dates, DH filed application for early

accordingly dismissed.

alongwith affidavit of address of JD no.5 and vakalatnama. Copy
supplied. Be taken on record.

be attached on the top of the file.
DH has filed an application for directions against JD
no.5 to provide correct particulars and FDRs and name of the bank.
Copy supplied to AR of JD no.5. Reply to the application, if any be
filed by the next date of hearing with advance copy to the DH.
DH is directed to take steps for issuance of notice to JDs
no.2, 3 & 4 subject to filing of PF within 07 days from today.
