Heard.
Ld. counsel for the petitioner submits that against
same and common order, different revision petitions have been
filed which got assigned to different Courts. He submits that to
avoid conflicting orders, it shall be in the interest of justice that
all the matters shall be tried by one court.
In view of the facts and circumstances, it shall be in
the interest of justice that all the matters arising out of common
order shall be heard by one Court. Accordingly, case
nos.383/2024, 384/2024, 385/2024 pending before the Court of
Sh. Raj Kumar, Ld. ASJ-05, Central, THC, Delhi; case
nos.392/2024, 391/2024 and 393/2024 pending before the Court
of Sh. Abhishek Goyal, Ld. ASJ-03, Central, THC, Delhi; case
nos. 386/2024, 387/2024, 388/2024 and 389/2024 pending before
the Court of Sh. Sushil Anuj Tyagi and case no. 5124/2024
pending before the court of Ms. Ekta Gauba Mann, Ld. Special
Judge, NDPS-01, Central, THC, Delhi are withdrawn and
transferred to the Court of Ms. Shilpi Jain, Ld. ASJ-02, Central,
THC, Delhi for proceeding in accordance with law.
Transfer petition stands disposed of.
Parties are directed to appear before the Ld.
Transferee Court on 05.11.2024.

Ahlmad of the concerned transferor courts are
directed to complete the file in all respect and send to transferee
court immediately.
Copy of this order be sent to concerned transferor
courts.
Transfer petition file be consigned to record room.
