Sh. Himanshu Saxena, ld. Counsel for the accused Rohit
and Chinar Amariya who has filed on record exemption application on
behalf of the accused Rohit on the ground that the above said accused is
suffering from illness subject to the filing of the medical certificate on
the next date, the exemption application is allowed.

The present matter was received on committal by the
orders dated 14.10.2024 passed by the ld. JMFC-09, Central District,
Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi and vide subsequent transfer orders dated
19.10.2024 passed by the Ld. Principal District & Sessions Judge(HQs),
Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. It be checked and registered.
At the request of the ld. Counsel for the accused, now to
come up for arguments on the aspect of charge on 19.12.2024.
