None for the accused, namely, Kedari Lal.
Accused, namely, Shiv Kumar and Kedari Lal are
present.
IO ASI Bhupender Singh is present.
MHC(M) along with case property is present.
PW Ankit Beniwal and PW Sandeep Beniwal are
not present despite service of summons.
At this stage, IO submits that he had contacted PW
Ankit Beniwal on the mobile number available on record, and
who stated that he will be present before Court on the next date
of hearing for evidence. Further, father of PW Sandeep Beniwal
picked up the phone and apprised that the said PW was
outstation.
PW-1 DO HC Rajesh has been examined and cross-
examined on behalf of accused Shiv Kumar. His cross-
examination is deferred at the request of Ld. Counsel for the
accused Kedari Lal as he submits that he needs some time to go
through the record, and that he will come before Court physically
for the cross-examination of aforesaid witness.
PW-2 HC Surjeet has been partly examined-in-
chief. His further examination-in-chief is deferred for want of
case property i.e. mobile phone of complainant.

At this stage, MHC(M) submits that in the present
case the aforesaid mobile phone has been released to the
complainant on superdari.
Re-list for PE on 16.09.2026.
PW Ankit Beniwal (at Sl. No. 01); PW-2 HC
Surjeet and PW-1 DO HC Rajesh; MHC(M) with case property
along with the concerned IO/ASI Bhupender Singh be
summoned for the next date of hearing.
