Sh. Chirag Garg, Ld Counsel for plaintiff .
Sh. J.K. Sharma, Ld Counsel for the defendant with
defendant in person.
Perusal of record shows that matter is pending for
reply/arguments on the application under order 7 rule 11 CPC .
However, no reply has been filed on behalf of plaintiff .
At this stage, Ld. Proxy Counsel for the plaintiff seeks
adjournment submitting that main Counsel has been
hospitalized .
In the interest of justice and on the ground stated,
adjournment is granted. Let reply if any, to the said application
be filed on or before next date of hearing with advance copy to
the opposite party at least 5 days before the next date of hearing.
It is made clear that on next date of hearing the matter will be
taken up for arguments on the said application and no further
adjournment shall be granted for the said purpose and in case the
matter is not argued on behalf of plaintiff, this Court will hear
the arguments Ex-parte.
