mentioned on the front page. Reader is directed to verify the
same. Subject to verification, same are taken on record. It is
made clear that since in the present matter, the defendant is
reported to have been served on 18.12.2024 and the WS has
been filed today, delay of five days is hereby condoned and the
WS is taken on record.
At this stage, ld. Counsel for the plaintiff has

the WS, application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC, documents be
supplied to the plaintiff on the said number. Thereafter,
replication as well as reply to the application under Order 7 Rule
11 CPC, if any, be filed on or before next date of hearing with an
advance copy to the opposite party.

well for arguments on application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC
