Appellant has filed an application u/s 151 CPC
along with additional photographs. Copy supplied.
Ld. counsel for appellant undertakes to supply the
copy of the same to the ld. counsel for MCD.
Ld. proxy counsel for R-2 and R-3 seeks an
adjournment on account of bereavement in the family of the main
counsel. In the interest of justice adjournment granted for today
only.
Ld. proxy counsel for respondents no.2 and 3
submits that he has not been supplied with the complete set of
documents.
Per contra, appellant submits that the complete set
of documents have already been supplied to the other side. In
order to put up quietus to the matter, appellant is directed to
supply hard copy of the documents to the R-3 and R-3 within a
period of one week from today against acknowledgment.
At request, relist for arguments on 2/4/2026. Date is
given as per convenience of the ld. counsels. No adjournment
shall be granted on the next date of hearing.
