identified. Accordingly, he requests that present matter may be
compounded.
In view of his request, the offence in question stands
compounded.
Since the offence in question has been compounded,
appellant/convict is hereby acquitted in this case. Bail bonds are
cancelled. Surety is discharged. Original documents of surety be
returned to him from record (if any).
Appeal file be consigned to Record Room.
Copy of order be sent to Ld. Trial Court for
information and compliance.
Copy of order be given dasti to both the parties.
