only a call from the defendant for the purpose of appearance and she
shall be filing the memo of appearance during the course of the day
and vakalatnama by the next date of hearing.
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff presses upon the application
under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC. In the interest of justice and at the
request of the defendant, the defendant is granted three days time from
today for filing written statement or at least filing reply to the
application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC as advised under copy
to the other side.
