Counsel for MCD. Calculation sheet has been filed on behalf of MCD and appearance has been entered on behalf of defendant.. Submissions have been heard. It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for MCD that in the ordinary course of the process of avoiding duplicacy in the payment, it usually take few months for payment of the dues. On query, it is submitted by Ld. Counsel that the execution petition mentions the Biometric identification and by virtue of that they (organization) will be able to detect the duplicacy, if any. Ld. Counsel for DH submits that they have already filed an affidavit stating that no money has been received by them till date. It is further submitted that after receipt of the amount, they shall further file an affidavit regarding the receipt of money. Having heard the contentions, it is directed that on filing of PF, warrant of attachment equivalent to the sum of the claim of petition be issued specifically mentioning that attachment shall to the tune of dues in the petition and not any further.
