It is further submitted that the present matter has already been disposed of vide judgment dated 10.11.2025 whereby accused was acquitted and nothing remains pending in the present case. It is thus prayed that the original RC of the vehicle bearing No. DL8SCY2877 be released to the applicant. Ld. Addl. PP for the State submits that since the matter has already been disposed of vide judgment dated 10.11.2025, he has no objection in release of original RC of the vehicle bearing No. DL8SCY2877 to the applicant. It is reported by the Ahlmad that no order from any superior court regarding any appeal against the judgment dated 10.11.2025 has been received till date. Heard. Perused. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of Ld. Addl. PP for the State, application is allowed and original RC of the vehicle bearing No. DL8SCY2877 be released to the applicant namely Sunny against receiving and after -- 1 of 2 -- 2/2 cancellation of endorsement, if any. Application stands disposed of and be tagged with main file. File be consigned to Record Room, after due compliance. Copy of this order be given dasti as requested.
