Present revision has been filed against impugned
order dated 08.08.2026 passed by Ld. JMFC-02 (Central), THC
whereby SHO PS Prasad Nagar has been directed to register an
FIR and appoint a responsible official to conduct investigation in
the present matter.
Ld. Counsel for respondent no.2 is appearing
through video conferencing and he seeks time to file reply to the
present revision.
Let notice of the revision and application for stay of
impugned order be also issued to respondents on filing of PF/RC,
within 07 working days from today.

Ld. counsel for revisionist requests for interim stay
of the impugned order.
Considering the facts of the case, court is not
inclined to grant interim stay at this stage.
Let reply be filed by respondent no.2 by the next
date of hearing with advance copy to the other side.
