of accused so he is unable to move any application seeking
exemption of the accused from personal appearance and for
examination of the witness present today.
Witness submits that he has to go to attend his
official duty and cannot wait further.

Considering the facts, personal bond of the accused
stands forfeited.
Let NBW be issued against the accused, to be executed
by SHO PS concern personally or under his personal supervision,
