Plaintiffs in person.
Mr. Zafar Abbas, Ld. Counsel for defendant No.1 and 3.
Mr. Bajrang Vats, Ld. Counsel for defendant No. 4.
No steps have been taken for effecting service upon defendant No.2. The
plaintiff is directed to effect fresh service upon defendant No.2 on filing PF and
speed post for NDOH.
No WS has been filed by either defendants No.1 and 3 despite their
having been served and as recorded vide order dated 27.10.2025. Accordingly, right
to file the same stands closed.
Ld. counsel for defendant No. 4 has filed on record a WS as well as two
applications i.e. under Order VII Rule 10 CPC and under Order VII Rule 11 CPC.
Copies of the same stands supplied. Ld counsel for defendant No. 4 submits that he
would be filing appropriate application seeking condonation of delay in filing the
WS.
Let a reply to the applications i.e. under Order VII Rule 10 and VII Rule
11 CPC be filed within 02 weeks from today with advance copy to opposite side.
List the matter for arguments on two pending applications as well as
service of defendant No.2 on 14.04.2026.
