The plaintiff is directed to take fresh steps for the service of defendant
no. 2 at the address mentioned in the service report.

It is submitted on behalf of all the counsels, appearing on behalf of the
defendants today that they have not received the copy of the plaint as well as the
documents accompanying it.
Let the same be supplied within three days from today.
Ld. Counsel for the defendant no. 4 submits that this court does not have
the jurisdiction to adjudicate the present case in view of the Family Courts Act.
He further submits that he would be filing an appropriate application
seeking return of the plaint.
He is directed to file the same with advance copy to the other side.
