Present : Sh. Binay Kumar, AR of the complainant company.
Accused in person.
Accused was called on notice as per section 223(1)
proviso (1) BNSS, 2023.
Mediation order received with the report as “Not Fit
for Mediation”.
It is submitted by the AR of the complainant
company that civil liability in the present matter has been settled
between the parties in the office of complainant company on
12.02.2026 and the entire settled amount has been paid to the
complainant company as such, the complainant does not wish to
proceed with the matter furthermore. Now nothing is outstanding
against the accused in respect to the impugned bill which is
subject matter of the present case and he has no objection in case
the present case is disposed off being settled. Copy of bill dated
22.11.2024 filed on record.
AR for complainant company seeks permission to
withdraw the present matter as settled with further request to get
record his statement.
Statement of AR for the complainant company to
this effect recorded separately.
Accordingly, in view of the submissions and
statement made by the AR for the complainant company, the
present complaint case is disposed off as settled.
File be consigned to record room after due
compliance.
