Present appeal has been filed against impugned
order dated 11.08.2026 whereby bail of accused Binod Tiwari @
Mahesh Kumar and Suresh Kumar Soni @ K. K. Aggarwal
(appellant herein) have been cancelled. Therefore, revision is
maintainable not the appeal.
Therefore, present criminal appeal be treated as
criminal revision.
Ahlmad is directed to change the nomenclature of
the case in the computer system.
Since the question of liberty is raised, the operation
of impugned order is stayed till the next date of hearing.
Issue notice of the present revision to the respondent
no.2 on filing of PF /RC for the next date of hearing. Steps be
taken within 07 working days from today.
