Ld. Counsel for the JD/MCD seeks some time to file
reply/objections, if any. Let the same be filed within one week from
today.
In case, no objections/reply filed by the JD/MCD,
thereafter, let warrant of attachment of bank account of JD bearing
no.41010068213, State Bank of India, Chandni Chowk Branch, Delhi,
be issued to Bank Manager concerned on filing of PF. Copy of this order
be attached therewith. The Manager of the concerned bank is directed to
deposite the decreetal amount in the court in the form of FDR/banker’s
cheque in the name of DH as per rules on or before NDOH.
The Bank Manager is also directed that in case of non-
preparation of Banker’s Cheque due to insufficient balance, the upto date
bank account statement of JD/MCD be filed on next date of hearing.
Nazir is directed to mention LCA no.152/2026 on the warrant.
Put up for further proceedings on 03.11.2026.
PF be filed within five days from today.
