Appellant no. 3 Atul Banka is present in person in the
court.
Sh. Aman Sharma, ld. Counsel for the respondent no. 2, 3
and 5 who has filed on record vakalatnama on behalf of the said
respondents.
Respondent no. 3 is present in person.
Sh. Suhail Shariq, ld. Counsel for the respondent no. 6 who
has filed on record vakalatnama on behalf of the respondent no. 6.
As per the report of the process server qua the process
which was issued for respondent no. 4, respondent no. 4 has refused to
receive the process. As such, respondent no. 4 is deemed served but
none is present on behalf of the respondent no. 4.
Ld. Counsels for respondent who are present states that
they have not received the copy of the pendrive and the legible copy of
the photographs.
Ld. Counsel for the revisionist undertakes to supply the
copy of the pendrive and legible copy of the photographs to the
counsels for the respondents within a period ten days from today.
At the request of the ld. Counsel for the respondents, now
to come up for filing of reply, if any, with advance copy thereof to the
opposite party, for appearance of the respondent no. 4 and for
arguments in the present revision petition on 21.03.2025.

summoned again at least two days prior to the next date.
