374 Cr.PC for setting aside the judgment dated 14.03.2024 and the order on
sentence dated 11.09.2024 passed by the Court of Sh. Apoorv Gupta, Ld.
JMFC-02, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in case FIR
No.130/2009, PS Timarpur whereby, the Ld. Trial Court was pleased to
convict and direct the appellant to undergo rigourous imprisonment for 3
years alongwith fine of Rs. 10,000/- for offence under Section 409 IPC and
in default of payment undergo simple imprisonment for a period of six
months and was also directed to pay Rs. 11,694/- towards prosecution
expenses. Convict was given benefit of Section 428 Cr.PC.

of state expenses.
