Heard. In view of the order of Hon’ble Delhi High Court
passed in Writ Petition (C) No. 14377/2022, CM APPL. 43884/2022, CM
APPL. 43894/2022, the applications are allowed. The Ahlmad is directed to
restore the cases i.e. LCA No. 1307/19, 1390/19, 1393/19, 1386/19,
1388/19, 1317/19, 1412/19, 1451/19, 1443/19, 1448/19, 1527/19, 436/19,
341/19, 649/19, 808/19, 490/19, 671/19, 462/19, 657/19 and 786/19 and
register the same to their original position through computer branch.
Some time is sought on behalf of the management to file
reply in above mentioned LCA petitions. Let the same be filed on or before
the next date of hearing.
Put up for filing of reply by the management on 06.12.2023.
With the above directions MISC DJ Nos. 674/23 to 686/23 &
688/23 to 694/23 are disposed off accordingly.
