person.
On the last date of hearing i.e. 31.10.2025, summons
of the suit was issued to the defendant and as per report, the
defendant has been served on 12.11.2025 on the address i.e.
Quarter no. 275, Pocket-6, Sector-A5, Police Colony, Narela,
Outer North District, Delhi-110040.
No written statement has been filed on behalf of
defendant so far. One Ld. Counsel appeared through VC on
behalf of defendant and sought a pass over till 11:30 am for filing
of the vakalatnama.
Now its 02:20 pm and despite repeated calls since
11:30 am, no one has appeared on behalf of defendant, therefore,
no further pass over can be granted
In view of this, matter is adjourned for today with
the direction to the defendant that the written statement along
with an application for condonation in delay in filing the written
statement, be filed in Court and supply to the opposite side
within 30 days from today.
Be listed for further proceedings on 24.02.2026.
