The DH has filed an affidavit stating that there is no stay of the judgment and decree dated 16.04.2025. It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for DH that he has applied for the certified copy of the site plan, however, the same would be made available on 09.12.2025. It is further submitted by counsel for the DH that there is no impediment in proceeding ahead in the present execution petition and it is prayed that warrant of possession be issued in respect of the suit property. In terms of the submissions made and in view of the filing of the specific affidavit by the DH that no stay is operating against the judgment and decree dated 16.04.2025, upon filing of the certified copy of the site plan, issue warrant of possession in respect of the suit property bearing No. T-508, Upper Ridge Road, Jhandewalan, New Delhi as per the site plan i.e. Ex. PW-1/2. DH is directed to appear before Ld. ACJ, Central District, Delhi for appointment of bailiff on 23.12.2025. Put up for report on 30.01.2026.
