official PS Timarpur, received copy of complaint dated
10.04.2024 registered vide DD No. 75A with PS: Timarpur, the
received copy of complaint to DCP (North), Civil Lines, Delhi
registered vide complaint/G.D. dated 10.04.2024 and the
received copy of complaint dated 10.04.2024 to Commissioner of
Police, through speed post vide postal receipt dated 12.04.2024.

Affidavit of plaintiff/ Sh. Pratinav Chadha tendered
in evidence as PW-1. Cross examintion of the witness deferred
on request of counsel for defendant who states that he is suffering
from back pain and hence could not prepare the matter.
Counsel for plaintiff submits that no other witness is
to be examined on behalf of plaintiff.
