Matter is today listed for final arguments.
However, at this stage, it is stated that matter has
been amicably settled between the parties. In terms of settlement,
defendant shall pay a settled amount of Rs.6,20,000/- (Rupees
Six Lakhs Twenty Thousand only) to the plaintiff towards full
and final settlement of all his claims arising out of above noted
case. The entire settled amount shall be paid by defendant
through RTGS/NEFT/DD or any other online mode in the
Plaintiff’s Account No. 36290100000304 (IFSC :
BARB0MUKDEL) with Bank of Baroda, Mukherjee Nagar
Branch, Delhi-110009 in following manner :-
1st Installment of Rs.3,10,000/- On or before 14.07.2025
2nd Installment of Rs.3,10,000/- On or before 30.07.2025
The defendant has further undertaken to handover
the keys and vacant physical possession of the shop at Ground
Floor Portion (without staircase and without/roof right) being
part of build-up property bearing no. C-321, Gandhi Vihar,
Delhi-110009 to the plaintiff on 14.07.2025. She has further
undertaken to pay the electricity bill of the above-noted Shop till

the month of July, 2025. In case of any delay in payment of the
installment, the defendant has undertaken to pay interest @ 18%
per annum on the delayed installment.
Heard. Let the statement of parties be recorded qua
the said settlement.
