Present: Sh. Maharaj Singh, Counsel for the Plaintiff
alongwith the Plaintiff.
Defendant is present in person.
Matter is today fixed for orders.
Counsel for the plaintiff submits that the defendant
has complied with all the terms of the settlement recorded in the
Court vide her statement dated 02.07.2025 and paid the entire
settled amount of Rs.6,20,000/- and also handed over the keys
and vacant physical possession of the shop at Ground Floor
Portion (without staircase and without/roof right) being part of
build-up property bearing no.C-321, Gandhi Vihar, Delhi-110009
to the plaintiff. He further submits that the defendant has also
paid the electricity bill of the above-noted shop till the month of
July, 2025. Hence, it is prayed that the present suit may kindly
be disposed off being settled/compromised.
In this regard, the statement of plaintiff has been
recorded separately.
Heard. I have perused the statement.
In view of the statement made by the plaintiff and
settlement arrived at between the parties, the suit stands disposed
off as settled/compromised. The plaintiff shall remain bound by
his statement.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated. IA, if any,
stands disposed off.

Since the matter has been disposed off on the basis
of settlement arrived at between the parties, Court fees be
refunded to the plaintiff in terms of Section 16A of the Court
Fees Act. A certificate be issued by Ahlmad to entitle plaintiff to
take refund of the 50% Court fee paid by him.
File be consigned to Record Room after due
compliance.
