revisionists.
Revisionist no. 1 (Varsha Chhabra) is not present.
Revisionist no. 2 (Kshitij Chhabra) is present.
None for the respondent.
TCR has been received.
In the memo of parties, the address of ROC is
mentioned as IFCI Tower, Nehru Place, Delhi. As per process
service report, notice remained unserved to respondent/ROC. As
per service report, the concerned clerk asked the process server
to serve the notice at office of ROC in Lok Nayak Bhawan, Khan
Market, Delhi.
Ld. Counsel for revisionists submits that in the
original complaint filed by the respondent/ROC before
concerned Ld. ACMM, they themselves had provided the
address of Nehru Place, Delhi. Ld. Counsel submits that they
have also sent copy of the appeal on the official
e-mail ID of
ROC
vide e-mail dated 24.08.2026. Copy of said
e-mail dated
24.08.2026 has also been furnished.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for revisionists submits
that they will serve copy of revision petition personally and that
dasti service may be allowed.
In view of the aforesaid, Ld. Counsel for revisionists
are allowed to serve copy of revision petition, as prayed for.
Further, issue notice of the petition to the respondent on PF,
through registered post, approved courier and
e-mail for the next
date of hearing.

Further, revisionists are also allowed to serve the
copy of revision petition to Ld. Counsel for ROC when the
matter is next taken up before the concerned Ld. ACMM.
Re-list the matter for further proceedings on
