Defendant is exparte vide order dated 07.02.2024.
An application under Section 151 CPC seeking
permission to substitute AR alongwith affidavit has been filed on
behalf of plaintiff.
By way of the present application, it is submitted on behalf of
plaintiff that now the plaintiff bank appointed Ms. Tripti Kumari as
new AR in the present matter and copy of power of attorney is also
attached with this application. It is prayed that the present application
may be allowed and Ms. Tripti Kumari be substituted as AR in place
of previous AR Ms. Rashmi Mathur, as she has been transferred.
The application is formal in nature hence same is
allowed and Ms. Tripti Kumari is substituted as AR in the present
matter.
PW-1/AR Ms. Tripti Kumari of plaintiff examined in
chief.
Vide separate statement of AR, P.E stands closed.
Exparte final arguments heard.
