An application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner u/o 6 Rule
17 r/w Section 151 CPC. Ld. Counsel for the respondent submits that the copy
of the application has not been provided to them by the Ld. Counsel for the
petitioner which she is filing in the court. Ld. Counsel for the respondents
submits that rather a copy of some other application u/o 6 Rule 17 CPC has been
supplied to them. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that this is an
inadvertent error on her part. Petitioner is directed to provide the copy of the
application which she has filed in the Court to Ld. Counsel for the respondents
within a week.
Ld. Counsel for respondents submits that they will file their reply to
the present petition after disposal of application of the petitioner u/o 6 rule 17
r/w Section 151 CPC.
Put up for arguments on the aforesaid application u/o 6 Rule 17 r/w
Section 151 CPC on 26.08.2025.
