Plaintiff has filed an affidavit stating that he
personally visited the address of the defendant i.e. House No.
T-299, Jain Colony, Part-I, Near Goel Niwas, Uttam Nagar, West
Delhi-110059. It is orally stated that this is the permanent address
of the defendant and the defendant was also found at the given
address. This fact is not mentioned in the affidavit.
Issue fresh summons to the defendant at his Uttam
Nagar address subject to filing of fresh PF within 07 days. It be
clearly endorsed on the process that in case of non-availability or
refusal process be served by way of affixation.
Plaintiff is at liberty to obtain dasti summons and
effect personal service and file an affidavit of the same.
