It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for the revisionist that
respondent no. 5 is a proforma party and his presence is not required
and prays that he be dropped from the array of the parties. Ordered
accordingly. Let amended memo of parties be filed by the next date of
hearing.
Fresh notices be issued to the respondents no. 2 and 3 on
filing of fresh address, if any and on filing of PF, speed post, approved
courier service and all other approved modes for the next date. If
desired, process be given dasti as well.
Put up for service of the respondents no. 2 and 3 and for
further proceedings on the next date of hearing.
