The present case is received today by way of transfer from
the abolished Court previously presided over by Ms.
Neelofer Abida Perveen, DJ (Comm-01), Central, THC,
pursuant to the order of Ld. Principal District & Sessions
Judge (HQs) bearing no. 73105-141/F.3(4)/Gaz (C)/2026
dated 17.09.2026. It be checked and registered as per rules.
Present: Sh. Shagun Khurana Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff
through VC.
Sh. Waseem Akhtar Khan Ld. Counsel for the
defendant.

Vakalatnama on behalf of the defendant filed. Same is
taken on record.
2. Ld. Counsel for the defendant submits that copy of the suit
was supplied to defendant along with summons through
whatsapp but it was not the complete set of paper book. He
has made a request to direct the plaintiff to supply the
complete set of the paper book to the defendant.
3. Heard and perused the record.
4. In the
vakalatnama filed on behalf of the defendant, Ld.
Counsel for the defendant, has given his mobile number.
The plaintiff shall supply the complete set of the paper
book through e-mode on the said number within next three
days and thereafter, the limitation for filing the written

statement would start. Here it is made clear that the
defendant has to file the written statement within 30 days
from the date of receipt of the complete paper book.
5. Now put up for consideration on 18.11.2026.
