Ld counsel for defendant seeks time for filing list of witnesses and
evidence affidavits on behalf of defendant on the ground that mother-in-law of defendant
suffered cardiac attack due to which defendant could not contact with her.
Today matter is also fixed for second case management, schedule of
which is as under:-
1) The evidence of the plaintiff's witnesses shall be recorded on 08.01.2024 and
10.01.2024.
2) The defendant shall file list of witnesses and affidavits of evidence of its witnesses by
07.01.2024 with advance copy to the

4) The written arguments shall be filed by the parties before this Court by 24.01.2024 with
advance copy to each other.
