Present: Sh. Rajeev Gupta and Sh.Archit Gupta, counsels for
the plaintiff.
Summons yet to be issued to defendants.
Documents filed on behalf of plaintiff on
21.10.2023, have been put up.
Today counsel for plaintiff has filed detailed list of
documents which have been annexed from pages 14 to 632 of the
plaint since the original list of documents does not find details of
the documents. List be taken on record.
Summons of the suit be issued to the defendants
no.1 to 3 on filing of PF/RC/ speed post/approved courier as well
as through email. Counsel for plaintiff to file paper book in PDF
form alongwith PF for service upon defendant through email.
Steps be taken within three weeks from today.
Ahlmad shall issue the summons within two weeks thereafter and
if plaintiff fails to take the steps within three weeks, process shall
not be issued unless the delay is condoned by the Court.
Defendants shall file the written statement within 30
days from the date of service.
Be listed awaiting for appearance/filing of Written
Statement on 15.02.2024.
