Reply to the application of Plaintiff under Order 13A r/w Order
12 Rule 6 CPC filed by Defendant. Copy supplied to other side.
Defendant has filed the following applications.
(i) Application under Order 7 Rule 11 r/w Sections-16, 20 151 and
Order 7 Rule 1 (i), Rule 2(A), Order 30 Rule 10 CPC.
(ii) Application under Order 14 Rule 5 CPC.
(iii) Application under Order 11 Rule 1 (10) r/w Order 8 Rule 1A
CPC.
Copies of all applications supplied to other side.
Ld. Counsel for Plaintiff seeks time to file reply to all
applications of Defendant.
Same be filed on or before next date with advance copy to
other side to facilitate arguments on next date.
At this stage, parties have been examined personally by the
Court for exploring possibility of settlement. During the same, parties pray
for referral of the matter before Mediation Cell, Central.
After hearing both sides and examining them, I also find the
elements of settlement between parties.

On joint request, present matter stands referred to Mediation
Centre. Both the parties/ their responsible officials / ARs are directed to
appear before Ld. Mediator, Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on
13.02.2026 at 12.00 Noon.
In case the matter does not get fructified, the same shall be
taken up for arguments on pending applications on 07.03.2026.
