Tracking report qua Defendant in respect of service effected
upon Defendant has been filed by Plaintiff.
Defendant has been served through whatsapp mode on
23.09.2025. However, Ld. Counsel for Defendant states that the service of
the amended plaint with documents is not effected upon Defendant and he
requests for suppliance of complete set of amended plaint/amended memo
as well as documents.
Proxy counsel for Plaintiff ensures to supply complete set of
amended plaint with annexures via mail in due course of day. E-mail IDs
exchanged between the parties.
Written statement be filed by the Defendants within stipulated
time period as provided under The Commercial Courts Act, 2015.
Alongwith the written statement, Defendants shall also file affidavit of
admission-denial of the documents of the Plaintiff, without which the
written statement) shall not be taken on record. Advance copy of same be
supplied to other side in order to facilitate filing of rejoinder.

Both parties shall appear in person for the purpose of their
examination under Order X CPC and for exploring the possibility of
settlement , if any on next date.
