seeking his discharge from the present case in view of the reason cited
thereunder. Copy of letter dated 12.11.2024 sent to Defendant filed
alongwith the application.
Defendant is present through VC and states that he has engaged
new counsel. Considering the reasons given, application stands allowed. Mr
Deepak Agarwal stands discharged in present case.
No reply filed by Defendant to the application under Order 13

Ld. Counsel for Defendant seeks a week’s time to file such
reply.
