Present: Sh. Mohd. Haroon , proxy counsel for plaintiff.
Sh. Vinayak Bhardwaj , proxy counsel for defendant through
VC.
Matter is listed today for reply, if any as well as arguments on
pending applications.
At this stage, proxy counsel for the plaintiff has filed reply to
the application under Order VII Rule 11 r/w section 16,20,151 and Order
VII Rule 1 (i), Rule 2 (A) Order 30 Rule 10 CPC and reply to the
application under Order XIV Rule 5 CPC. Copy stated to be supplied.
Further, proxy counsel for plaintiff has also filed an application
under order VI Rule 17 r/w section 151 CPC, alongwith amended plaint.
Copy stated to be supplied.
Further, at this stage, Sh. Suraj, clerk of the counsel for the
defendant has filed an application under Order XVII Rule 1 r/w section 151
CPC seeking adjournment.
Proxy counsel for the defendant submits that the main counsel
for the defendant has recently undergone a major surgery(Hip Arthiritis
AVN) and he has not recovered as yet and he is on complete bed rest for
next more than 1.5 months and therefore, he is seeking adjournment and
long date may be given.

In view of the above submissions of proxy counsel for the
defendant, matter is adjourned for 23.07.2026.
Application bearing IA no.03/26 is accordingly disposed of.
Put up on 23.07.2026 for reply to the application under Order
VI Rule 17 CPC r/w section 151 CPC as well as arguments on other
pending applications.
