record. Hard copy of reply to the application seeking condonation of
delay, earlier filed through e-filing, filed today on behalf of plaintiff
and copy thereof already stands supplied.

of decree against defendants No. 2 to 5, filed through e-filing, is also
on the record and the copy of said application had also been supplied
earlier.

for deletion of the names of defendants No.2 to 5 from array of
defendants, filed through e-filing, is also on record.
As jointly requested, matter is now directed to be listed
on 25.04.2024 for reply, if any, to the application for deletion of
names of defendants No. 2 to 5 and arguments thereon as well as for
arguments on the other miscellaneous applications as stated above.
