The matter is fixed today for arguments on the
application under Order 12 Rule 6 r/w Order 13A CPC of plaintiff.
However, it is stated that there are chances of amicable settlement
between parties.
Under ‘Mediation For the Nation’ Campaign launched
by the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA), in association
with the Mediation & Conciliation Project Committee (MCPC),
Supreme Court of India, across India, an intensive drive of 90 days
has started w.e.f. 01.07.2025 to settle pending cases in all the Taluka
Courts, District Courts and High Courts of India through the process
of Mediation. Hence, in view of the same and with consent of the
parties given vide a separate referral form, the matter is being referred
to the Mediation Centre, Central District, THC, Delhi for exploring
the possibility of amicable settlement and the parties have been
directed to appear before the Ld. Judge In-charge, Mediation Centre,
Central District, THC, Delhi on 27.09.2025 at 2:00 PM.
The matter be listed in this court now on 30.10.2025
awaiting the result of mediation/arguments on the above
application/further proceedings.
