Accused Mohd. Shakeel has been produced from JC.
ASI Arun Pal.
Vide order dated 07.05.2026, accused Mohd. Shakeel
was declared as a Proclaimed Person.
Afterwards, he was arrested on 25.06.2026 and was
produced before Learned Duty JM on 26.06.2026 and was
remanded to JC which was extended from time to time.
Supplementary Charge-sheet qua accused Mohd.
Shakeel has already been filed on 20.08.2026.
Copy of the same has been supplied to accused
Samrul Mirza today, whereas accused Mohd. Shakeel submits
that copy of supplementary charge-sheet will be collected by his
counsel from records.
Accused Mohd. Shakeel also submits that he is
having his private counsel, however due to strike he is not present
