None for the MCD.
Perusal of record shows that JD/MCD stood served in
the present matter on 25.11.2024 and subsequently an appearance
was entered on behalf of MCD on 06.02.2025 and Vakalatnama
filed . However, no reply is reported to have been filed on behalf
of MCD nor any advance copy of the same is stated to have been
received by the DH. Further, none is in attendance on behalf of
MCD .
Be awaited at 12.30pm.

At this stage, Ld. Proxy Counsel for the MCD upon
instructions from the main Counsel submits that MCD does not
intend to file any reply to the present execution petition.
At this stage , Ld Counsel for the DH submits that the
entire decretal amount alongwith the accured interest is still
outstanding against the MCD and requests for issuance of
warrants of attachment against account of the JD for the

outstanding amount. However, she seeks short adjournment for
filing the exact amount which is payable till today. In view of the
same, let the matter be adjourned for the said purpose.
Let the calculation be filed on or before next date of
hearing .
Nazir is also directed to file the calculation in respect
of the outstanding decretal amount as on next date of hearing .
Now to come up for further proceedings on
21.04.2025.
