accused no. 2 received back unserved with report that no such person
resides at the given address. However, dasti notice issued to accused
no. 2 received back served through Dharmender Kumar, caretaker of
property.

despite service of notice u/s 223(1) proviso (1) BNSS 2023 accused
persons failed to appear in the court despite repeated calls since
morning.

I have heard the submissions made by the ld. Counsel
for the complainant and perused the record.
Complainant is called upon to lead the pre-summoning
evidence for next date of hearing.
