notice.
Arguments on the point of notice stand heard.
After considering the allegations contained in the
complaint case and the documents including Inspection Report,
Load Report, Seizure memo, CD containing videography of the
inspection allegedly carried out at the site, etc., Court is of the
view that prima facie case is made out against the accused for the
offence punishable under section 135 of Electricity Act.
Accordingly, notice in terms of Section 274 BNSS framed
against accused for said offence, to which accused pleaded not
guilty and has claimed trial.
Joint request made on behalf of parties for referring
the matter to Mediation Centre.
Accordingly, as requested, the matter is referred to
Mediation Centre for 24.12.2025 at 12.00 noon. The parties are
directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on the said date.
Put up for awaiting the report of Mediation Centre or
in alternative for PE on 24.04.2026.
