On the oral request of the revisionist that all the
connected six revision petitions have been transferred to the Court of
Ms. Shilpi Jain, Ld. ASJ, Delhi and is fixed for 28.08.2025 in the said
Court as per order of the Hon’ble Principal District & Sessions Judge
(HQ), Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. Revisionist has verbally
requested that present revision petition may also be kindly transferred
to the Court of Ms. Shilpi Jain, Ld. ASJ, Delhi and therefore, the
present matter may kindly be sent to Hon’ble Principal District &
Sessions Judge (HQ), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.
Heard.
In view of the verbal request made by the revisionist, the
present matter is sent to the Court of Hon’ble Principal District &
Sessions Judge (HQ), Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi for 27.08.2025
at 2:00 p.m. with a request to kindly transfer the present revision
petition to the Court of Ms. Shilpi Jain, Ld. ASJ, Delhi where
connected six revision petitions are pending.
Revisionist is directed to appear before the Court of
Hon’ble Principal District & Sessions Judge (HQ), Tis Hazari Courts,
Delhi for 27.08.2025 at 2:00 p.m.
