Pursuant to the order passed on the last date of
hearing, appellant has deposited a demand draft bearing No.
552158 in a sum of Rs.21,600/- (Rupees Twenty One Thousand
Six Hundred only), drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank, Shahdara,
Delhi in the name of this Court, being the 20% of the fine
amount, imposed by the Ld. Trial Court.
Mr. Sachin Aggarwal, Ld. Counsel has entered
appearance, through video conferencing, on behalf of the
respondent and submitted that he would file his
vakalatnama
before the next date of hearing and his memo of party during the
course of the day. Let the same be done, as prayed for. Ld.
Counsel has further confirmed that a copy of present appeal has
been supplied to him and requested for a short accommodation to
file reply to the same.
In the interest of justice, list for reply and arguments
on 12.11.2024.
At this stage, the appellant has submitted that she
would move an application for consolidation of all the connected
appeals, presently pending adjudication before different Courts.
Interim order, if any, to continue till the next date of
hearing.
