Pursuant to the order passed on the last date of
hearing, appellant has deposited a demand draft bearing No.
552159 in the sum of Rs.22,000/- (Rupees Twenty Two
Thousand only), drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank, Shahdara,
Delhi in the name of this Court.
Notably, the demand draft is deficit of a sum of Rs.
200/- as 20% of the fine amount, imposed by the Ld. Trial Court,
amounts to Rs.22,200/- (Rupees Twenty Two Thousand Two
Hundred only).
The appellant has submitted that she would deposit a
further demand draft of a sum of Rs.200/- in the name of this
Court within the statutory prescribed period.
Mr. Sachin Aggarwal, Ld. Counsel has entered
appearance, through video conferencing, on behalf of the
respondent and submitted that he would file his
vakalatnama
before the next date of hearing and his memo of appearance
during the course of the day. Let the same be done, as prayed for.
Ld. Counsel has further confirmed that a copy of present appeal
has been supplied to him and requested for a short
accommodation to file reply to the same.
In the interest of justice, list for reply and arguments
on 12.11.2024.
