Present: Appellant in person with Ld. Counsel Ms. Vijay
Laxmi.
This is an appeal against the judgment dated
06.06.2024 and order on sentence dated 19.07.2024 vide which
the appellant/convict has been sentenced to simple imprisonment
of 15 days and a fine of Rs.1,07,000/- to be payable as
compensation to the complainant within 30 days and in default of
payment of compensation, the convict shall undergo a further
sentence of one month simple imprisonment.
Counsel for appellant/convict submits that an
application for seeking suspension of sentence has also been filed
along with present appeal.
Arguments on said application heard.
Keeping in view of the totality of facts and
circumstances, appellant/convict is admitted to bail till disposal
of present appeal on her furnishing personal bond in the sum of
Rs. 20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction
of this Court as well as on deposit of 20% of the fine amount
within 10 working days from today before the Ld. Trial Court.
The receipt for deposit of fine amount be placed on
record on or before the next date of hearing.
Impugned order on judgment and sentence are
stayed till the disposal of the present appeal.
Requisite bail bond and surety bond furnished.

Accepted till the pendency of the appeal.
Appellant/convict be released at once till the
disposal of appeal.
TCR be summoned for NDOH.
Issue notice of the present appeal to the
respondent/complainant on filing of PF/RC for the NDOH.
To come up for arguments on 28.11.2024.
Copy of this order be given dasti to Ld. Counsel for
accused/appellant and be also sent to Ld. Trial Court.
